Theys are my model chairs i have prepared for making my final product.
on my right, is my very first wood model that i cut out on the laser cutter, and on my left, is my second model. you can see many differences between the two chairs, but they remain similar. the second model of course is a lot taller compared to the first, and the second model has more curved edges. i learned that my chairs arms might be a problem, but i made the arms a bit thicker. i used google sketch-up to help me design this particular model, and without this program, i wouldn't of made this model. latter this week i will be making the large scale model hopefully.

Final blog post for my Wikiseat
Well, it comes down to this, my final blog post for my Wikiseat. After trials and errors i finally finished, and this has been one heck of an experience. i could for surely say i had completed my chair, but i wish i could have made it the way i wanted to. a lot of my plans had to be changed for rather lack of materials and lack of time.
As you can see, my chair isn't the most beautiful thing ever, but it can hold me up, but you have to be careful. i had a lot of intentions i couldn't do, for example:
-i wanted to make some camo on it.
-i wanted to make it sturdier
-maybe a bit smaller
-make it straighter
-make it even
I learned i have to be more well prepared if i am going to do this again, and have more available time.
Through the building of my wikiseat, i learned i am not very good at making a seat.
you can see me right beside my chair (Wikiseat).
i am proud that i made something for my Mom, but i don't know how she is going to react. i find i took a lot of my artistic skills out of the production of this project, thats what i am ashamed off.
after trial and error, i fell good that i built a chair.
